RECENT VACATION BOOKED WITH KATHY

Would like to take a second to say THANK-YOU Kathy for helping to make a dream become reality. The service that you provide to us was exceptional you met or exceeded all of our expectations. The resort chosen was Occidental Papagayo in Liberia Costa Rica which was a smaller(320 quests max) resort for adults only truly a remarkable place that we for sure would recommend to others. Kathy even went as far as contacting us during her own vacation a week before our departure which was (4-14-23 to 4-21-23) just to make sure we had everything which to us far exceeded what her job requires it was truly professional act on her part . We had a few special requests that Kathy took the time and submitted on our behalf to the resort and to our surprise the requests were met with no issues once so every. Kathy again Thanks for making this reality for us and rest assured we will be booking all future trips with you and have started referring our friends and family to her.
